Caribbean Coast is a large blue-chip Tung Chung estate near the airport, popular with aviation professionals. Many flats have open views, with some overlooking the sea, airport or green hills. The developers are Hutchison Whampoa, Cheung Kong and MTR.

Caribbean Coast was completed in phases from December 2002 to May 2011. The estate has five phases, 13 residential towers and 56 houses, providing 5,327 units.

Its shopping arcade has supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants and clinics. Citygate near Tung Chung MTR Station offers further shopping, dining and leisure options.

Caribbean Coast is around a 10-minute walk from Tung Chung MTR Station and has estate shuttle service. Bus routes along Man Tung Road connect to the MTR station, airport, Kowloon and the New Territories. School nets are Islands District for kindergarten/secondary and Net 98 for primary schools.
